A lightweight workspace for Si, Mitch and Ken.

  1. Board: drag cards between statuses, owners or priorities. Drag above another card to reorder. Open any card to edit; all drag actions also have form controls.
  2. Timeline: drag a bar to move its dates. Use the end handle to resize. Open a card to set exact dates. Dashed bars are proposals, not agreed deadlines.
  3. Team: see each person's work and outstanding dependencies.
  4. Workspaces: open the workspace name in the sidebar to switch, rename or create a separate board.
  5. Focus arcade: use the focus timer to earn LED tiles. It does not change task completion or priority.
  6. Edit history: choose your name in “Editing as”. Task changes, moves, date changes and meeting notes are credited without asking each time. History is local to this browser; names are self-selected until login is added.
  7. Save: edits stay in this browser. Export a backup before changing device or clearing browser data. Import replaces this browser's board after confirmation.

Initial statuses and most scheduling dates are draft interpretations. “Needs review” marks them. Review with the team, adjust the card, and clear the checkbox.

Phase two: individual sign-in, a shared database and live updates. This version is a public workspace preview. Each browser keeps its own edits until shared syncing is added.
